For more than 10 years, I have worked in the Lancaster County Treasurer’s Office, where I have processed more than 100,000 motor vehicle title and registration transactions. My experience ranges from routine renewals to complex title transactions and situations that are rarely seen.

Working face-to-face with Lancaster County residents every day has given me extensive experience answering questions, solving problems, explaining requirements, and helping people complete their transactions.

Over the years, I have continued to learn more about the laws and requirements that apply to the work we do. I have also gained extensive hands-on experience with the State’s motor vehicle system and have helped coworkers with processes and functions they were unfamiliar with.

My experience extends beyond the Treasurer’s Office. I have a background in management, leadership, training, taxes, customer service, and working directly with the public. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Behavioral Science and a Master of Business Administration.

For more than a decade, I have worked directly with residents and handled the day-to-day work of the Treasurer’s Office. That experience has given me firsthand knowledge of the services we provide, the questions residents have, and the work employees do every day.
